Hi, had someone similar problem?
After loggining to my pokerstars client, there is still tab with email verification. I verified my email maybe 20 times, but there is this tab after loggining again and again. Today, I noticed they want from me the new email adress, but when I wrote it, they send me they have this mail already and isn't allow two accounts.. So I am thinking, if I have two accounts and I didn't know that, every deposit what I maked was thrown away money, because after my requesting of withdrawall they would definitely commented it with words: They can't send money to me, because I have two accounts.. So maybe it's time to change poker room.

ps: Sorry for my bad english, I wrote it very quickly and I have to go to the work :D I hope you understand...

I am having the same problem as well.It's probably a glitch in the software and it needs to be fixed.Everytime I get this message I have to verify my e-mail and then these messages stop,but that is just a temporary solution because after some time I start getting these messages again.

I had the same problem , I wrote to tech support and they helped me to fix this error

They respond me I have to make new email address and verificate it again... now it is fixed... But they don't answer me if I have two accounts, so I wrote them again and they respond me this:

Hello Luke,

Thanks for your email.

We've reviewed your account and could not find any new accounts.

Therefore, we ask you to provide copies of the following documents:

- A legible copy of the identity card with your photo (civil / driver's license, passport)
- Legible copy of a utility bill showing your name, current address and date of issue (not older than 3 months)
- A legible copy of a bank statement showing your name, account number, current address and date of issue (not older than 3 months)

Please scan or make photo of documents and send them to the following address: verification@pokerstars.eu

If you have access to your user account, sign in and send documents via the appropriate function in the PokerStars (up to 5MB). On the right bar, click:

Help -> Contact Support / Upload Documents
Select Categories -> "Security"
Select other categories -> "Request for Documents"

Once the documents are received, we will be able to continue to verify your account.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

....So I think everyone who didn't send them this documents, he hasn't account responsible to make cash out on Pokerstars...

what they are asking is reasonable and fair... all they want to know is who you say you are.

I think you will find that they were originally talking about having 2 e-mail accounts linked to the same poker account.

Im sure if you just keep one e-mail for your poker dealings and verify this with your personal details, then, pokerstars should be happy.
