Anyone have any suggestion/thoughts on what are the best major or medium sized Vegas casinos to play $100 or so buy-in tournaments? I'm looking for a place with a good vibe with at least a decent amount of players that is run professionally with friendly staff.

I liked harrahs not too many players but I just felt comfortable and the structure of the blinds was my favorite

the mirage had antes come in so early in their tournament I was disappointed I hate having antes in a live tournament

The Aria poker room runs a $125 buy-in tournament twice daily at 1:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m. I think the tourney at 1:00 p.m. usually draws a bigger field. This is one tournament that should definitely be on your list.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm gonna check those out first. Saves me a lot of time rather than going from casino to casino asking. Much appreciated!

http://www.pokeratlas.com/poker-tournaments/las-vegas-nevada/upcoming Here is basically every daily MTT that runs in Vegas. Although, it has been a year or so since I lasted visited Sin City... So I would suggest calling the poker room prior to the MTT to make sure that it is still one being run and the start time hasn't been changed. Since Vegas is cutthroat, and casinos are often changing start times of MTT's to try and cater to specific individiuals or time frames. Best of luck in Vegas, and be sure to let us know what you played, and how you fared.
