I'll mention some petty problems, just because my comments might help someone to avoid unnecessary frustrations (with william hill, or some other house)...

System doesn't allow me to withdraw to Skrill (It's not that I owe to another payment method)
In "My Payment Methods" section, I have debit card and skrill. I've always downloaded money directly to my visa account, it's a best option. I've used Skrill (if at all I did), only when I wanted to transfer the monies to another site (which is the case now).
System offers bank transfer only (which I of course don't want). Visa would probably be offered, if I register some card (which I don't want either). Skrill would maybe be offered, if I deposit via Skrill, but maybe not.
I am reluctant to ask them, because I don't want that an agent, due to their ignorance and lack of understanding, scare me to death. That's why I am asking you first:
Does/did anybody has/have related problems? Have you solved them? How?

I couldn't transfer money from poker balance to main balance (The "From" combo box didn't have all items needed)
Nothing serious, just a badly loaded page. Reload (if needed, restart the computer) and all will be OK.

I was in chat with their agent and at least five times tried to upload to her. No success.
It turned out to be their problem, not mine. I successfully sent it by email and opened another chat to finish the job.
But the reason mentioning this stupid episode is the very fact they insisted on age verification. I've been withdrawing money for more than ten years!
Yes, I made a pause. But what if I made a bigger pause? What if I returned more than 18 years after my first withdrawal? They would still asked for age verification, you bet! :banghead:
