Definitely agreed, We need to get online gambling legalized in the United States before we should be worried about the mobile option. Remember we may be able to work our way are the law to play, but it is still not legal.

Carbon has Beta Mobile Poker Client (Play Money Only)
What I did not know until today, is that actually Carbon Poker has been Beta Testing a 'CarbonPoker Mobile Client' since February for Play Money Only. It is only available for iphone or iPod touch, running iOS 5.0 or newer. Android and ipad clients will become available in the near future. real money is confirmed to be coming out, but no specific timeframe.
I think you can still try out the Mobile Option by following these instructions:

Next, you will be instructed to create it as a shortcut on your home screen for ease of access. Once you have done this, you should be all set to go.
