You have to cash out by check. That is your only option of withdraw. That check may take 2+ weeks to come in. As far as depositing. I Have an All-Access visa card which isn't a "bank card" and it works. I have a few places around town that can load it up with whatever I want. It's a $2 fee to load it and a $1 fee to put the money on line. So if you wanna Deposit $200 on full tilt. Give the store clerk $203 and tell them you want $201 on the card. So, you'll have $201 on the card. When you deposit through "visa" you will need to deposit $200. If you put $201 they will charge you a fee. You can find out where you can buy these cards, or order it from the net. www.netspend.com

Are you maybe on full tilt.net instead of com?
There is a difference. If not then maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Good luck

I have never had a problem but then again I am on .com. I have never made a deposit but it wasn't too bad making a withdrawal. I had to give them my DL and a copy of a bill with my address on it. Hope that helps

Withdrawing your money is a pain on FT, but just follow the instructions they are pretty self explanatory.
