I had a chance to play on Ultimate Poker. After an all nighter at the cash tables on Tuesday night followed by satellite poker at the Rio till noon yesterday, we decided to stay in last night. We did go by the cage at Boulder Station and deposit $25 to play online.

It was as easy to deposit as UP claims. Walk up to the counter, give them your ID and your player name, along with your money and a minute or two later your done.
The software will seem fairly crude. It is limited in several ways: no last hand button; the chat box doesn't break out; the games are limited to HE; the table window doesn't resize, things that will probably improve as the software is refined.

The play is smooth. The RCG is on par with other sites so if you are thinking there won't be bad beats, you won't find your utopia here. There are both turbos and regular MTT's. They have 5 and 10 minute levels respectively.

I'd give UP about a 6 out of 10 but would increase that as the software is refined.

If anyone has any questions please ask. I am leaving shortly for the Rio but will be glad to answer them later when I return. I will also post updates after I play more.

anyway to replay hand or import hand history to HM2 or PT4

and
how many max- multi -tabling does UB support? 4, 8 10etc?

any hotkey ...like press F1=fold, instead of clicking mouse?
any motion code....like the ones in carbon?

any freeroll/playmoney....available, like carbon's funstep

At the moment I can answer a couple of your questions. I will try and find out more about the others before I leave. I am going to the casino shortly and don't have a lot of time.

They have standard or 4 color cards only.

They have 6 table schemes to choose from which have different colors and background designs. None are fancy, just different abstract designs.

You can only select standard avatars from the ones offered. Again, nothing fancy. Just the guy in the hoodie and the angry sports ball cartoon type stuff. Unable to download customs.

$100 freeroll every night that usually only have a couple hundred entrants during the week.

No hand replay or even hand history that I can figure out. Will check on the hot keys later.
