See if you can spot the glaring error here...

And this happened in a hand where their own biggest sponsored player is involved and is being railed by lots of people.

If this can happen to his table, what the hell can happen to everyone elses..

Methinks UB should quit now before they bring the whole system down under a weight of allegations of corruption

Clever Cross Reference for Full Picture

also where did you get that HH from? since how can you see Hellmuth's mucked cards, i read something about him having 10,2 on 2+2 but i assumed that was a joke

Surprising

That's very interesting.
Very odd. That really happened?
I definitely wouldn't trust them if I was the guy who lost, but I'd need more proof to say I personally didn't trust them.

???
for op's sake, this is 100% legit, you can get the HH yourself, its on the 2+2 thread somewhere

Also how can you need more proof?

1. potripper hacks into their software and steals like birrions of monies
2. Hellmuth goes on a big winning streak at UB and brags all about it
3. Software supposedly glitches and pushes a lot pot PH's way
4. PH acts like it never happened and the other guy won pot
5. Their HH is ugly as
6. PH is their main man

ye i need more proof that the site sucks

im not a big fan of ub or ap, but im not prepared to say there is something still going on there. need more proof preferably from people who know whats going on and are willing to speak of it. i know thats probably unrealistic, but i do think thats the best way to prove whats going on. from the inside out. small side note. pretty cool how the software knew what i was abbreviating. i typed only initials for the two poker sites and it spelled it out. fascinating as a certain vulcan might say.

If in fact this is true, I'll be saying goodbye and withdrawing my BR. I've had it with UB and their new software, and the months of bull.

Need some more proof, kind of strange that there is more cheating going on when they are already under a microscope.

Kinda wished I listened to DM :)

request this HH# 1162170993 to see the HH yourself

also its beyond unlikely that this is a bug or glitch, since the algorithm or code they use for identifying hands/ranking of hands/who pots gets shipped to has been the same for years, and noone has seen it do this before, so there must have been some tampering from the inside, the code must have been changed or something.

Or of course, there could have been a change to the matrix, anyone have an deja vu?

The outcome of the hand is not only wrong, but so is the betting totals...

PHILHELLMUTH - Posts small blind $100
DOUBLEBALLER - Posts big blind $200
*** POCKET CARDS ***
PHILHELLMUTH - Raises $300 to $400
DOUBLEBALLER - Raises $400 to $600
PHILHELLMUTH - Raises $400 to $800
DOUBLEBALLER - Calls $200

Hellmuth raising $300 to make it $400 is correct.... but if Double raised another $400, then it would make it $800, and not $600 as it has listed. then if Phil raised it another $400, then that would make the grand total of $1200 - pre-flop.. the following turn and river have the same problem.

EDIT: Nevermind... I guess they mean "raise" as in $400 more then what they already have in the pot. Scratch that.

sigh i don't know if its real or not anymore, since the thread on 2+2 was made by someone with <100 posts and the first few people saying do this do that all had <100 posts, the person claiming to be the guy in hand had <100 posts, so a few people beleive they were trying to get tableratings.com some attention.

But since a reputable poster has emailed UB and they have commented on the hand saying it was a glitch, so i unno who to beleive or what. Someone with ub on their computer should email them/request HH imo

seriously why would anyone play on ub?

from my limited (5 minutes) researching this it appears to be a legitimate hand and ub is saying it's a glitch. of course this just happens to occur in a hand PH is playing, i'm sure it's purely coincidence.

Based on UB's own blog and the fact that they say it is a glitch, I've just withdrawn every penny from my account there. Before the mad rush.

How is it a glitch that has only apparently happened when Phil Hellmuth was in the hand? Give me a break. TOAST

I made a large withdrawal myself - but did leave a little bit in to play CC games and see if I can win some more to withdraw.

Earlier today we learned about a poker hand where our system paid out the losing player instead of the correct winning hand. The hand number is #1162170993.
We are investigating this software malfunction as our absolute top priority.
This is the first incident of this kind we have encountered.
We are currently examining the poker system and the application logs in order to pinpoint the cause of this malfunction.

Can't say I have ever heard of a site paying off the losing hand

Granted their old HH's really sucked - but, that new HH is kinda funky also. What is that weird stuff at the bottom

I will still play there..so what...I can read a hand, if they pay the worst I will get my money back :icon_sant

They are so sad its funny...Never got off on the right foot from the beginning with poor customer service. But they have some good games that serve a purpose. And any site that will send me a little money after I havent played there in a while can not be all bad

I could become a brazzillionaire by playing there if they are going to pay the worst hand.
