ULTIMATE BET PROBLEM CONNECTING

Are any other Ultimate bet users having problems logging in?

I was in a tourney & it appeared the site froze then table closed & this is what I now see on the lobby page & I am unable to log in?

Also when I went to Ultimatebet.com the same thing popped up instead of the web page???

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Both Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet have been down for the better part of 40 minutes without explanation. Both poker room software and websites are down down down.

Weather in Costa Rica calls for mild thunderstorms.

Nobody I know in Costa Rica is currently online ... maybe there's some internet issue out there.

I just got through with live support on UB website.


They are aware of the problem & working as fast as the can to fix it is all they would tell me.

I guess we just wait it out

We do not have a time frame of when it will be back but we are working hard to have it back as soon as possible, so try again in one hour to see if we can assist you. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

I just logged on, but didn't go into the poker rooms. There is a software upgrade today.

It just went back down!! I ran the update, was in the lobby looking for a SnG, then decided to see what tourneys were about to start and it went down again! They need to move their servers to a Tier-4 Data Center!!

yay!! im able to log in again.....to find out i busted out in 59th place when top ten get paid, heh, it was only a private freeroll, but i did have to waste my last 100 points to get the password from pokerspace, i hope i get my 100 points back, i wonder how UB is gonna deal with every who where in the middle of a buy in tournament.

It happen last night with problems, and i know they were doing a sever upgrade.

I'm playing a couple ring games but can't seem to enter any tourneys or SNG's. Anyone else getting this?

mine is working fine tournys and everything but the bad beats are horrible lol in 4 sit and gos i seen quads 4 times and a royal flush

this has been an issue lately at cereus...wonder if their software updates are causing it or something on the servers...

There is no new UB - there is an Ultimate Poker for Nevada residents only. It is in no way connected to UB.
