Does anyone know if ultimate bet and absolute poker are the same site? Are the tournaments and cash tables the same? For instance, if I register for a tourney on UB will I be playing against people who signed up for that tourney via UB or AP? Cause it always seems when I look at there sites they have about the same number of people on them.

Sidenote. Im thinking about puting money on UB. What is the general consesus of this site?

Yes you are playing against people from the other site. A positive about UB is your bonus dollars don't expire, but there are fees for cashing out.

Cereus (aka Absolute Poker or Ultimate Bet) is a real fishy site especially at the micros, and there are no shortstackers so that is real nice.

Rakeback deals are around 30% for this site and the best thing to do (if you can) is to take advantage of the constant reload bonuses.

Programs like PT3 and HEM work fine with either site, but there are no scripts available for now to help multi-table.

Ap and UB were different up untill about 6 months ago when the merge happened and then the cerus network formed and Ap and UB merged. They now have the same games but you can have a different account with both you just cant play on both ap and ub at the same time.
