Ultimate Bet 10 step to WSOP

Ok so I've played in a few and got up to level 5 and want to cash it out but I can't figure out how and support hasn't e-mailed me back yet and its been a few days. Does anyone know if you can?

I'm not but say I did do make it. Do I have to play in the main event or do they just give me money b/c I'm only 19 and I think you have to be 21.

The seat to the Event you win is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the seat. If you win additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred.

That makes it sound as if you have to play.

Your UltimateBet account will be credited with funds equivalent to the buy-in and entry fee of the Event.

That makes me wonder how they could enforce it?
