I know there are several online poker sites that allow U.S. players. Some of them only allow U.S. players if they live in an area that allows gambling. So my question is; what sites allow players from Texas?:confused:

Oh yes, I definitely know that it is Not legal. Also know that know one has ever been arrested for playing online either. They have however been charged for other things like money laundering and so on. Thank you for your input and for the list of sites.

The difference in "legality" is whether one is playing at an online poker room VS running a company providing an online poker room...

If you want a site with a real RNG, I'd recommend BigDogPoker.

If you like sites with fantasy rng's set up for equity redistribution, I'd recommend all the other online sites.
