Trouble with Bovada?

I am playing in a 3K guarantee I am 4 of 15 and now I have been disconnected.
Anyone else unable to get on Bovada?

I was in 2nd in the 10k guarantee with 7 people left and it just crashed and burned. Their website is down. It keeps trying to load a live update and stalls out... What do you think they do? Anyone able to log on?

They said all tables are down and they can't even access players accounts. disaster...

Wow just tried to log in to Bovada no can do. I hope this is a temporary problem.

hacked maybe? i came here just to see if you guys were having a problem too. i have been trying to log on but the installer kept crashing. so i uninstalled and reinstalled the installer (and cleaned out some other junk) and went to the website to redownload the installer, but website is even down. wow hope my $11 is safe!!!

been down 1 hour now. people are reporting that the 100k tourney was taken down by 1 guy while the other 8 ppl were disconnected. gonna be interesting to see the response bovada makes to all these people. website just times out connection now.

Resolution

Very fair resolution. Remaining players (all were in the money) got the next prize (7th place)... Split the rest by chip count. Got better than third place money...

Bovada is up and running again. Its 10:10 am central time.

So I was in 4th place of 15 when I lost my connection. There were 59 hands dealt after I lost the connection. I was blinded out in 11th place for a $45 cash. Not really sure how the game would have gone but I think a final table was very much within the realm of possibility. I am not sure of the exact payouts but 9th paid $68 and 1st was $930-ish. Don't think this was fair as there were still players who didn't lose their connection.

I sent an email to Bovada explaining what happened. Let's see how they handle my displeasure

Hope the next one runs smoother, this is the first big outage I have heard about Bovada having. Has anyone else experience past issues like this? For me, it has one of the most reliable skins I play on along with the Winning skins (BCP, ACR, and True)

Bovada - Tournament Issues

Was playing recently in a 6k whose gurantee rose to almost 10k. With 20 people left, the tourney crashed - it wasn't an internet connection issue, literally the tournament crashed! They credited me $140 "based on my chip count" I have a hard time believing that whoever was in first place in chips, was credited the full 2k+ first place money. Tried calling and emailing, to get some kind of a good faith credit, but all they did was give me a $10+1 tourney ticket. Bunch of BS if u ask me!

Definitely the fairest resolution with the given circumstances, in my opinion. It sucks that it came down to that, but still a very solid payout for ya

That happened to me on several occasions and the sites paid out like the turny was over, i was no.1 in chips and got paid as 1st place winner, but on those occasions every one was knocked off the site. Don't know what happens if some were still able to continue the tournament.

Sent support an email and support says it was an issue from my end. Even though during the hand in question, of 7 players at the table, 6 were disconnected all at the same time. Looking at the hand history for the rest of the game, 4 were able to get back in eventually and 3, including me were not.

Sent another email further explaining my position on this. They should respond today.
