Trouble at BetOnline.ag

I’ve monitored the site’s cash poker games and players for 3 weeks and witnessed a player w/ consistent suspicious activity complete an operation not technically possible to a user. This was confirmed by their customer service chat and can only be explained if the operation was programed on the back end. Indicating the use of internal bots. The issue, a user withdrew money from an active poker table/game which is not possible. You must close the game before any transfer can occur.

I’ve sent two emails Betonline’s CS email asking the same technical question and provided screen shots with evidence showing how a user completed the task. No response. Below are the email and screens shots from hand record.

Although is possible for users to apply software like seating scripts on Betonline, all sites deny using any internal players/bots.

Technically it is possible to have the above happen as when you make a payout request on the Chico network the funds are not deducted from your account immediately it is only deducted when they are processing payment which can take a day or two. i.e. You can make a withdrawal request and then go and play with funds that you requested to have withdrawn.

I do not understand how you would be able to know such information on a player and I am 100% sure that customer services will not give you any information an account that does not belong to you. So your post is not based on facts but on a gut feeling you have. It could just be an error on the user's account. I do not think that you should be posting accusing players of cheating or using scripts based off this information alone. I am sure you would not like it if the shoe was on the other foot.

You maybe right or wrong in your claims I do not know. All you can do is report it to customer services and hope they investigate it.

First post ever is accusing BOL of cheating. I thinK you have an alternative motive here. Most people post hi im new here. just a little fishy IMHO

I can confirm your suspicions. I have been playing fast play hold em for a few days now and have noticed a frequent (and drastic) fluctuation of chip counts for individuals within a very short period(1-5 seconds) of time. I was able to confirm with a support specialist that there was one second in between two hands that confirmed my suspicions. Please see the hand transcript below. The player(or bot) in question is Gotterdammerung (one of a few players that this happened with)

When I asked the support specialist for time difference confirmation she replied that there was 1 second in between the above hands. I have a screenshot and transcript of the chat. It is humanly impossible to lose that amount of money in just one sec of online poker. Or in general. Please see my chat transcript below. She states her confirmation at the bottom.
