What is the trend in rooms banning HUD's, or other supporting software?
I don't use any HUD (just use pen&paper), but certainly would not like to get kicked out (with credits confiscated) because of a new or hidden rule:deal:.

I haven't heard of poker sites banning the popular, legitimate HUDs, but if you are concerned all you have to do is make a point of checking their rules page every so often. What they definitely don't want you using is any software that will automatically calculate live odds.

Thanks, I've seen poker stars has a list of what's allowed and what not.
Forgot which room, but I've seen a T&C that with 1 sentence forbid any software tool:deal:.
For now, I'll stick with pencil and paper combined with a brain that has difficulty to understand poker.:)

All popular card rooms allow HUD once you use it on hands you play.

What is against their rules is when players sell hands/databases to other players
