How do you transfer money to another player on ACR? I sent an e-mail to support and they provided me the following information:

In order to transfer funds from your account to your friend's account, just visit your cashier, click on P2P Transfer; it will open another window, on that window, enter the amount, Receiver's log in name and click "Transfer"

I went to the cashier (I clicked on My Account and I had four options: Details, Deposit, Withdrawal, and Transactions). When I open one of them, it does say "cashier" in the upper left hand of the screen. I cannot find P2P Transfer anywhere.

I have $50 on my account. I have never deposited money and I have earned my money through free rolls and sit-n-goes. I would like to send a friend $5.

It's in the cashier window on the right hand side, it's the third giant red button next to withdraw/deposit, you'll see P2P transfers.

If this is not visible, it's likely that your account isn't verified and that P2P is not available to you. Verify your account :)

You probably haven't had your account verified and approved for p2p transfers. You will need to send them some documents - contact support to ask them what they need.

You can get money transferred to you, but not the other way around if you are not verified

Typically this is, if one can not use the client for P2P, a problem with one's web browser not opening the P2P pop-up window. It always defaults to IE :(

Clearing IE history can often fix this.

Same here. I enter the recipient and amount and click submit and nothing happens. Tried many times. Always end up emailing security and have them do it.

I have money there too and never play, so, a P2P transfer would be nice way to receive the money. Someone know how much time take to they verify the account? Thanks.

My verification was super fast, only some hours. I have sent the docs (email attachment) to True Poker, ACR and Black Chip (all in the Winning Poker Network) and got quick answers with confirmation, always from the same security girl :)

Wonder if I can transfer from myself at ACR (flush) to myself at BCP (virgin), like you could amongst Merges (Carbon-PDC) or AbPoke-UBet in the good ol' days? Just curious...

Carbon and PDC (and Aced) are all owned by the same parent company. They were the only skins on Merge that allowed P2P among other skins. This is not the case at the Winning Poker Network. No inter-skin transfers at WPN.
