If you have an ePassporte account, it can be done in a matter of hours, free of charge.

Actually, PS will credit the money back to the method you used to deposit, starting with the oldest method. This may not be a viable option if you have deposited with them.

You could also ask a friend who plays on both sites to help you out, but doing so would obviously be at your own risk, so be careful.
