transfer from FTP declined!!

anyboody knows that there are requirements to transfer your money from your account? i mean it sounds a little stupid that if i want to transfer my money (including from my account at ftp to my account at ps) i need to meet such a requirements!!!

i understand the first and the third requierements (minimum amount and complete the registration) but the second one: "deposit history", i mean what if i've never deposit in my whole life and make it from zero???

you need to have made a successful deposit either via credit card, debit card or e wallet so that stars can then use the information linked to that deposit method to verify your name , age, and address to ensure that you are not trying to withdraw/transfer hacked funds, funds from stolen cards that they then get hit with a chargeback or that you are playing underage.They are obligated to do this under money laundering regulations.
