Tournament poker

First post after reading the site for a while

I play poker online 4/5 hours a day mostly S n G

My question is is it possible to make money long term and consistently in SnG
Most people who make big money seem to play cash games but i feel my style is better suited to tournaments

Long term & consistently, don't see why not. What you avoid playing SNGs is the big fluctuations in bankroll. You know when you sit down both what you can win & lose. Good luck, & welcome to the forum.

It is possible to be a consistent winner at Ring Games, or SNGs, or at MTTs. However, each requires a different approach. It depends where your skills lie.

it definately is possible, it just takes a lot longer. People say big money is in cash games because each hand you can win a lot of money. And when you triple up in a tourny, if you do that in a cash game, youve tripled your money, not your chips. Thats why they say big money in cash games. But it can be done in sit n gos if your good
