:D It seems like everybody is winning around here except me. I lose. For me, there is a certain art to losing well that must be at least as difficult if nore more difficult than winning.

I look for the good in my losses, the glory of losing.

I'm talking unabashed, spectacular losses here folks.

$100 to $200 in five days.

$200 to $0 in 2 minutes!

That's what I am talking about!

Bad beat, robbed, on tilt, not me.

Just a very good beat by a better player is all. It's an artform, that's what it is.

Got any good losing stories for me?

I had luck and didn't lost a lot but i am in minus finally.

My hardest day was at Absolute i played a No limit table and the pot was 400 $ ......

I had 7/8 diamonds and on the table was 9/10/j diamonds.... nice straight flush...

the other cards was a A in heart and a K in Spades.

So , my nice neighbour call 45.85 ( my rest of stack on this day ) and i go of course all-in.

I think i had to hand to call it..

I was allready smiling and was waiting to see his AA or AK or straight ... maybe a flush.

But he had the bomb to me... Q/K diamonds... straight flush King high. and i lost it.

It was my worst beat ever .... I think it is the only time i have seen it and i never want to see it again...

I lost 160 bucks on this pot and i was a little pist lol

I was watching a no limit table on royal vegas poker last weekend and saw a guy lose 50,000 on one hand!!!!!!!. Unbeliveable to be risking that much money on online poker. He had a stack of around 100,000 and lost half in less than 30 seconds. Tilt tilt tilt.

Great to see some good losin' goin on here....makes my losses seem, well, not so spectacular but there is still time for me.

My best losses last weekend were (in 6 handed NL)

Lost with KK all-in against AA.

Lost AA all-in against AQ - he made a Straight to the Q and:

Lost AQ all in (last of my stack v.s 2nd smallest stack) to 6-10 off (no kidding).

All in all, a good weekend of losses, although I ended up square overall so I don't know if this post even qualifies.

Peter, that was a heck of a loss....glad to see your still with us after that buddy!

I hope it's you the one that is holding the QK at the World Series!

I get aroused during a good losing streak. My doctor put me on these diamond shaped blue pills to treat the problem but they just make the problem worse. Intead of a 10 minute losing session they last for well over an hour now!

Shoot man! I only break even online(up and then down) except for tourneys. I do very good in real table/tourneys though. I can read better in live games. online I can sometimes too, but then I get my rear handed to me in a hand basket! lol. I get mad and blame it on bad beats, but i know it is because I cant get a good enough read on people. Love it anyways!

Lol awesome thread.
I was new to online poker right..I deposited 100. F BRM...I joiined a bunch of 20 buck tbls...no luck..except last one.

So I joined a 20 buck mtt with like 500 players right? Rockkked it....2nd place...won like 2k.

I'm like wow tthat was so easy. I try to withdraw...says 6 to 8 weeks. I'm like f that. I couldn't play another lame 20 buck tourney with 2k in my acct..that'd be boring. So I join $525 super turbo SNG. Brilliant idea. First hand..AA..someone shoves...I'm like haha awesome. He's got aq...even better. Flop j10 9...turn ace...river 8. Fml. I'm like its. Variance its gotta come around right? I join another. U get the hint.

I never ended up withdrawing....lo

ive only lost $1250 in 3 hands (7 minutes)

Nice thread btw (Puts a smile on my face when thinking of my past loses)...Now for the $1250 in 7 minutes that's a nice loss:) , but I can top that I once lost $2000 in a single hand on party poker with aces full of 10s to Quads but the kicker is that it wasn't Quads it was 4 of a kind 10s...

Me AA vs 10/3 flop came A1010/R/10 on the river and it went all in on the flop:D
