Titan Poker verification process

Today I tried to verify my account on Titan Poker, so I sent them copy of my driver license from both sides and my bank statement (full copy) on which I covered transactions history.

They answered me that they accept driver license copy but decline proof of address (bank statement) cause I covered those transactions...

Are they serious? Why the hell they need informations about my past transactions and how much money I have on my bank account to proof my address?

I got verified in several other poker rooms but this never happened to me. In one poker room they even let me know beore verification that I can cover this type of informations, when I will send them documents...

Check the date on your proof of address, I know that they require it being as recent as 3 months so maybe that was the issue

No its ok, its from August.

They answered:

"However, we regret to inform you that we declined the copy of your proof of address because the transaction details were covered."

I sent them mail what I think about it. I will send them uncovered copy only If it will be absolutely necessary to verify me...
