they have regular client and beta client , the thing is i cant log to both giving me 2 different error msgs
i sent email to support and no reply
i did alot of troubleshooting like install the program on different computer and stuff i am good with computers but it still didnt work
sent another email nothing again
so they have a mobile software i tried to open it didnt open but there is a live chat support so i found an agent and what really happened was extremely disrespectful
i said hi she said how can i help u , i said my problem and 15 min later she answered we can send u a new password?
i said it is not related to password and 10 min later she said then what is the problem , i typed in details everything then she said so it is not from ur pc yes will u please check it and 15 min later miranda said our team will check ur problem and contact u via email i said i need a case number or something just in case and till the moment i am typing this post she didnt reply
regardless if they fix it or not that was the most disrespectful support i got in my whole life
i dunno if that because i never really deposited i started with freeroll and no 500 usd and if i get deposited or something i get vip team support or something
anyone has similar experience and if anyone thinking of get in business with them please think again
