Titan Poker

Hi all

Just signed up so I can let you know of my experiences with Titan Poker.

Firstly was having lots of issues with connection to the servers would get kicked out at least 2-3 times every hour, cost me a pot of $25 on 0.05/0.10 table when I had the Nuts.

The issue that has finally made me switch to a different network is I referred a friend, he installed the software deposited his $50 and got his 100 titan points. So I should have got $50 and he should have got $20 as per their promotion. But it turns out that he got the software off the website and not via the link in the email. Now after inquiring about the cash bonus I get told that because he got the software from the website not the link it makes the bonus invalid. I personally think that is just very poor customer service.

Would love to hear what you guys think about this.

Edit: Just looked at the email sent as part of refer a friend and their link takes me to the titan poker website which is no different than if I googled it.

The difference is the link in your email will have a referral code in that allows the sign up to be tracked to you. Just the same as the affiliate links use by sites like CC. It sucks but it's the player you referred who is at fault for not using your link. I doubt any site would react differently in the circumstances you describe.

I understand the connectivity issues TS faced, albeit to a far lesser extent.

As for the refer a friend promo, I tried it once and both myself and my friend received the full bonuses promised, though it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

Never had any connection issues with Titan or any Ipoker skins. Problem is most likely on your end tbh.

As for the referral, if you dont use the link you dont get the bonus. Simple as. How else are they supposed to keep track of referrals if not with the referral code embeded in the email link?

Also, be sure to clear all cookies prior so that it tracks properly
