I signed up with Titan through here, using the CC500 bonus code. I deposited $60 and have played a bit on there already. I received the tickets for the freerolls and the 150% bonus that I have to work off, but I did not receive the free $20. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have tried emailing them and tried their online support but have received no reply. It's only been a few days, but I saw in another thread someone else got it right away. I know it's only $20, but if I'm suppose to get it...

With most if not all bonuses you don't get them until you earn the specified number of player points so that is probably the issue. (I am not sure what you have to earn at Titan)

If you click the 'download Titan Poker' link after you go to the link you posted, it mentions in there in the Cardschat special offer box.

And Dakota, pretty sure it's suppose to be automatic.

If he said some get them right away then you won't have to work them off. Just keep trying to contact support is the only thing I suggest.

I did finally find somewhere in the terms and conditions that you may have to wait 3 days for cash bonuses. So I guess they have a few more hours, just don't know why they wouldn't just reply.

Thanks for the replies though, and sorry if I wasted anyone's time. Hopefully this is the only problem. Though someone else did say they got it right away.

Hi Hogger,

Unfortunately decided to discontinue the $20 free deal about a week or so ago, most of our site is updated, and they should be in the process of updating theirs too.

That surprises me. Their online support people are usually prompt to respond and pretty chatty. In fact, I made a thread with some examples of entertaining chat with them.

Many times I have waited over 4 hours, and still got no responce, I think it depends at what time you contact them, if it is normal buisness hours they usually respond within a few mins, but beacuse of where I am I have tried to contact online support at 6 am their time.
