I was wondering how you guys go about tipping the dealer. since rake is so high its kinda weird because and ****s up your hourly rate. But you don't want to be the asshole who doesn't tip. BLAHHHH

Just me, but I always tipped the dealer even with small pots,
except fold to the small blind and pulled blind back.
Somebody said Sammy Farha(if you remember him)
never tipped the dealers - didn't want to be him.

I hate tipping the dealer your giving your money away and they do nothing... at least the pizza man brings me my pizza to my house or the waitress gives good services and is friendly

if the dealer can show he's friendly or throw in a good joke every now and then I'll tip them but otherwise I won't give them credit for running good just like they won't give me my money back when I run bad

Big pot won with suckout - tip well.
Big pot won straight up - tip.
Extra chip that doesn't quite fit in the rack - tip.
If you have been sitting there sucking down doubles for the last two hours and haven't tipped - you're an a**hole

I dont often play 3/6 limit but when i do, I tip $1 on a raked pot won, (more than $20 in the pot) and $2 if its a bigger pot. ($40ish). I don't tip on every little win. like a $4 steal.
