i was checking out my my tickets in pokerstars lobby saw that i had 2 x $1.10 scoop satellite tickets .checked through scoop sattys and there are none for 1.10 buyin ;so i messaged support and asked if i could change them for some useable scoop satty tickets,i appreciate the way they responded woot !!
and amazingly it only took maybe 30 minutes or less for them to reply

Tournament tickets cannot be exchanged for real money, tournament money or FPPs (with the exception of tickets purchased in the FPP store).
However, since there are no $1.10 SCOOP satellites right now, as a one-off, we have credited your account with $2.20 in T$, which can be used to buy in to tournament, sit and go's and spin and go's.
