The site was the merge I would never play there from my experience.
Found out Carbon Poker/Merge is linked to Absolute Poker ( Cheating Scandal w Ultimate Bet).I have had made the mistake of playing on Ap when I first started playing online poker.
The site you choose to play on is more important than the skill level.
Thats my advice in live I'm up /i'm way down in online.
They continued the promo well after black friday.
I just found to many unreal situations and flips % not on time,ever.
Like once I held KK deep in tourn. gtd was in 1rst.
I all in pre kk called by 10 10 I'm ahead on this flip right ! No on flop 10 10 Q
turn 7 river king thanks finished 7th disconnected after that hand for 5 minutes.Can still remember checking and seeing I was 100% connection and yet disc.
Stay away from merge,
I live in Florida so live ,home games and clubs are still very profitable for me.
As for online I do not have a trusted site except the free membership one texasholdem.com.I received 2 checks from and looking forward 2 more .Low traffic/ good software /I haven't joined vip just reg player . good luck wanted to tell you also on carbon ran up $25 to $700 back in the day.Only to lose every hand after that ,
