If you we are given a chance to be the manager for an online poker site, what will you do to attract players from US and non US? Can you suggest any promotion or bonus that will increase the volume of players? Need your help...

Freerolls of course, never fails to attract players.
Also keep the rake low.

Be clever, approach lots of forum owners, and offer them special freerolls for their forum only.

These are good suggestions freerolls are a must for any good site especially new ones. Another thing for new sites is that deposit/withdrawal must be quick and easy or people will just not hang around very long. Updates need to be made to the software after some money is made, ie you cant live on lame graphics or a lame setup.

Here is another idea, try to become a winning player at a poker community. That way you can get members to join your site right away.

As a manager of online poker sites you should approach lots of forum owners..and also you should understand of what they are saying for you to attract them. You must also maintain the good quality and good communication of your pokers sites.
