I've found a VPP calculator on pokerstars website and it said that 24tabling nl400 for 5hours a day you could earn a supernova elite status in just over 5months. is this possible? so many people saying its so hard to get but if you're a good player that is rolled for nl400 then it isn't as hard as they say it is ?

Yes it's possible, it's possible at even smaller stakes.

However, not sure why you want to 24table 5 hours a day just to reach SNE? I know it's worth 100k or so, but woulden't it be more sensible to grind say 5/10 or 600 and just have 6 tables for example?

I can't help but think 24 tabling omaha being extremly difficult and your play will become so transparent to players at these levels that you might even struggle to break even thus, making SNE even more pointless.

The gap between 400 and 1knl will be huge, and i dont think you will find more than 3 1knl tables

Maybe not 1k then. Even splitting400/600 I guess.

I'm just not sure 24 tables of PLO is the best thing to do, even if you're competent, just to gain SNE, especially considering the weight contributed rake they do now too.

I just think crushing 400/600 would be more profitable than attaining a breakeven (at best?) SNE benefits at the end.

The reason most ppl who attempt SNE at say 100 or 200nl is because most of them don't have the skill set to move up and win at say 600nl. They are mainly break even players, some even accept losing at say 0.5bb/100 and still be profitable with the +100k for SNE.

There are some exceptions, players like Vinivinci, plus others who absolutely crush the games and still make SNE.

I am just a beginner and it was just a question firstly i know it would be really hard to find 24 nl600 tables if not impossible and secondly i think it will take me a couple more years practice before i even attempt to try and earn SNE.
