Email support and offer them a scan of your license and a scan of a utility bill from your state (in your name, of course)

Had the same thing happen, I had to mail a copy of a check stub that I had for a payout back to them to confirm.

Good luck with UB support. They seem to think that 24hours is quick turn around time.

Work around?

Speaking of blocking sites in certain jurisdictions (Kentucky now, my state in the future????), is there a way around that?

I heard an interview with a reporter in China who got around all the Chinese internet censorship by having a VPN - a Virtual Private Network. It costs $40 a year. I know it's also possible to connect by satellite now. If you avoid the IP servers in Kentucky, will UB still let you play?

If politicians succeed in shutting it down in my state, what technology will still allow me to get online and play?

Who is your internet provider? A lot of internet providers use other providers feeds and they route through various states in their loop. They could see your loop going into Kentucky and this is why they did it. Do a traceback on your IP address and see where it passes through. I know for example we use Level3 as one of our two internet providers, along with XO as another. When working out problems for our work at home users I have seen their Time Warner Cable run off of the Cincinati XO circuit, which is about 150 miles away!

Isn't it true that at any time everyone's internet connection could be routed through ANY available server in order to get a particular packet of data from "here to there"? Just because a couple packets of data pass through a Kentucky based server should not be legal reason to block someone!
