Sorry for the retardedness but is full tilt up and running for players outside the US or not?

I know there was black friday, but then didnt full tilt close because of fraud as well? I cant connect to FT servers but their website is up and running. I cant understand if the ****ing site is closed or not.

lol, yes, it is closed. FullTilt's website has been in the same state as it is in right now for a long time. Believe me, you'll hear a lot of commotion if/when FT is back.
