Stuck the money in the game on partypoker room

My poker software on poker room partypoker was bug, and all the money left in the game. What is this bug? I need to write in support of? It happened two days late

That sucks. I hope you manage to get the situation resolved. Any help from customer support? I am sure you will be able to get the cash back. It may just take some time.

Only one I can advice to you : if you want to fix up the problem >>> better call to support by `hot line` !
That way is faster & working good in `Party Support`crew.
More easy & quick than help via e-mail.

Well, I can tell from my experience that Live chat is also remarkably helpful. It is not excellent as some agents sometimes are not experts on the issues but generally speaking it is helpful and I always use live chat. I am certain they will immediately note the bug and will resolve it.
