This sounds a bit like blackmail?
If you had requested proof of who I was, I could understand. Or if I had received either a cash incentive or tournament tickets when I first deposited, I would not have been surprised, but I did not receive either. Also the money is going back to the same neteller account, so there are no fraud issues there?
I did however follow a link for the sitandgo shark, one of your affiliates. I used their code and deposited the required amount. Not only have I not received the unlock key, but they ignore all my emails as well.
I believe they get a percentage of my rack-back? Why should I play at Chili-poker and give them anything, when they cannot even give me an answer to my questions?
I have other accounts across the ipoker network and play regular on william hill, to name one and don't feel like I need any more.
I am away until tomorrow evening, I will make another withdrawal then.

You say regarding the document. What document? I had every intention of playing at your site and have given you the reasons why I wish to withdraw. I can see no reason why you should hold my money. Do you know of any restaurants where if you called in to see the menu, they would not let you leave until you had at least eaten a starter?
