Stars Tone of death

Ok, so I am playing a small stakes tourney on stars, I push all in after the flop (chasing the flush draw) and immediately hear the "tone of death" the tone that tells you when you have been eliminated from the tourney.
2 other players take another 20 to 30 seconds to finish the hand and then the site plays the tone of death to me again and I was eliminated.

I've had my connection slow down for whatever reason and my program show the other players timer come out and all that when in reality the hand was over

So I suggest you enter a couple more and see if the samething happens again if it is their fault all you can really do is contact them and let them know its happening
