Stars support went dark?

Maybe it's because of the crisis or home office work or something

i never received any answer from the Stars Support in the last months

i used the contact form and also emailed support@pokerstars.eu

i heard the same from many other people

pokerstars is still the best room

But their customer support is non-esxistent now it seems
