I already shared in different thread, but there is an issue with the activation of this new reward program at PS - ongoing already 2 full months for me, especially.
The PS support always replies "we are aware of that problem, our staff is working to fix it". But damned, 2 months is not serious to prolong such long time!

Does anyone else still facing the same problem?
What is the feedback from Pokerstars support team in your case?

Initially, I was credited with 10 USD as a good will, and after that the last they said: We will connect with you when the problem is fixed, and you will be compensated for all missing prizes for the period you can not apply Stars Rewards account...."
