Hey all - not posted for a while.

Playing five $16 18 man sng's and suddenly the site experiences massive lag. Managed to fit one hand in during the turbo 5minute blind level!! Anyone else experiencing problems? Also - it says I am disconnected in one game, so I cant do anything yet in another game I am connected am able to play. Absolutely ridiculous when you think about it. Anyways I have sent a complaint to stars demanding a full refund from all five tourneys - will keep ppl informed of what they say.

Yeah it looks like it is down. I cant login atm.

I think stars give refunds when stuff like this happens.

Better do otherwise stars woulda mugged me out of nearly 100 bucks!!

seems to be working very slow, I'm gonna wait till things get back to normal.
They refund when the games are canceled,(get the tourney #'s so you can e-mail) if your in the money, $ is divided based on chips % if not, either a refund or even split between remaining players.

I'm in & playin the 50 grand satelite but it took me 25 minutes to register. But i'm playin at the table at this moment and everything seems to be working ok

Yes...lot's of lag or temporary crash? I tried to sign up in 50K daily freeroll and I thought it was my computer. After 10 mins of registration for that freeroll, my log on to site said only 300 to 400 players out of 10000. I knew something was wrong then. Restarted my computer with one last shot hoping
to register now tourney saying @ 3600...site still seems frozen up. Needless to say, didn't get registered. Good luck

hey ppl - just to inform about stars response. what can i say, had problems before and they have been on the ball and the same again this time. sent them the tourney id's and got a full $80 refund for the sngs i was in. actually do bum the stars support lol.
