Sportsbook takes care of their customers

I had written about my problems redeeming coupons that I won at both Carbon and Sportsbook , this morning I have heard back from Sportsbook in regards to the problem, they have exchanged my coupons for their cash value and deposited the money into my account, I thank them and applaud them for taking care of business for the customer who was only seeking a fair remedy for his concern, however, Carbon has taken the opposite road and appears as they will keep ignoring me and my concerns, if they need it that bad so be it, you decide for yourself which is the better choice to put your money ,especially when things go wrong its nice to know you will be taken care of fairly.

You are completely leaving something out. I play coupons at Carbon Poker all the time, win them, play them, including entering 1.10 and above events using VIP Points. Now, I have looked up the current 1.10 events and do not see any taking tickets, but they all take VIP Points. I don't even know of anywhere they pay out 1.10 coupon, I thought the minimum was $2.20, but I could certainly be wrong.

I have always found Carbon support to be pretty responsive and logical so there is something we are missing here.

And are you trashing an entire support system over $1.10? And if you are, you must take more than 3 lines of text to explain what exactly happened. Because Carbon>Sportsbook hands down
