Sportsbetting VIP program - a closely guarded secret

I tried my best to find what google can offer about sportsbetting VIP program - how it works and what it offers but with no good results.
This by itself isn't a good sign, but still...
Can anyone post a link or explain - what are the benefits for those VIP levels and how they differentiate and if those VIP points get erased if unused? Thanks!
