Don't play Spin'n'Go. It's just waste of time and you can really easily crush your bankroll like you did i assume. I never played Spin'n'Go because i saw it in a way like its gambling. On tournaments break maybe sometimes when i got everything prepared for the rest of the tournament like coffe/food/drinks i can play 1 Max Spin'n'go and that's it. Never be too greedy with spin'n'go because its waste of time.

With more than 50 wins too hungry then crashed
Hi there. I played poketstars spin s a lot. First i won many times. Building my bankroll successfully but then i got hungry for more. Only 2 days i had more than 200$ with 0.25 / 1 / 3 spin s. Then tried higher level and lost 3 times. Rest of my bankroll 0.25c. My advise to you: make sure you stay at the little ones or build it high enough to overcome a big loss to a big bet.

Play aggressively when you have a good card, I like playing Spin & Go tournaments, and even better when there are tasks for playing Spin & Go, these are great tournaments where you can win in a short time, wait for a good card and try to play, but sometimes a small card plays very well, In the game Spin & Go for 3 people you can play almost all the cards but you have to be more careful!

By Spin n Go tournaments you mean just Spin n Go? Or there is some kind of a tournament I miss?

Well spin & go has no strategy for me (just my oppinion) the starting chips are low and there are only four players fighting for 1st place.For me spin & go and bingo sections are the same.I avoid spin & go because is lost of money.I prefer MTT's by far.

spin and go its some kinda of gambling ,you can lose that easy ...but i think you must be agressive to see more hands at the beggining

good day, in fact the best strategy that you can use in spin go, is not to play that modality, I do not recommend it at all, if what you want is to finish your bench then play spin.
This is my humble opinion, I do not know if it would be profitable to play that modality, but I particularly recommend not to play spin.
