I was trying to win my big prize of 1M :D playing $1 Spin & Go when I opened the game and that's what happened! No cards dealted, no cards on the board, all cards hidden hand after hand, and of course, I lost my buy-in. :motz::motz::motz:

After two e-mails to PS (and they still don't believe me) even after the screenshots sended, they sended my history hand saying that was everything ok to the game. But it's Ok, in the end they gived back my buy-in.

Anyone else with that kind of experience in PS?

A very strange and interesting case. I paid attention to your screenshots and noticed that the opponents were betting and raising. This means that they played normally and saw their cards. But why are there so many cards on the board? Almost a full deck.

This is why streaming is sometimes important :D:D (to prove the existence of a bug to PS administrators)

No, I have never had such problems, although I rarely play in tournaments of this format. I usually prefer MTT tournaments. But I know that PokerStars is very responsible in such cases and always returns the lost money to players in case of any technical problems.

I wonder if it is a client issue. Have you tried updating to the latest version?

I was trying to win his biggest prize of 1 million :Ddollars playing spin-and-go for 1 dollar, when I opened the game, and that's what happened! No cards are dealt, no cards are on the board, all cards are hidden from hand to hand, and of course I lost my buy-in. :motz::motz::motz:

After two emails to PS (and they still don't believe me), even after sending screenshots, they sent my story, saying that the game was okay. But it's okay, in the end they got my buy-in back.

Does anyone have such experience in PS?
I had a similar situation ... but I did not contact support. And in the end I lost the money.

Yes, the game it appears to happen normaly to them and the problem only to me. That's why the support checks only by the hand history and thinks that everything was ok with the game. One time I recorded the screem to send to them a video, so they can see better the problem.

This is why streaming is sometimes important :D:D (to prove the existence of a bug to PS administrators)

I recorded my screen once with this issue playing $10 spin&go and sended to them. Even doing that, they really complicated to give my buy-in back.

Yes, they did, but it takes a looooot of e-mails to that happen :(

I believe that I'm always with the latest version. It updates automatically when it opens and has a new version.

Do it! It's your right to have your money back. It is hardworking, but in the end they always gived back my money (this already happened a few times).

Hi ChrisCreys

It's strange that you have updated client, because in your screenshot the lobby buttons are of the old graphics.
Can you tell me the build version and in wich license? ( for example: pokerstars.com ? )
check in: Help > About PokerStars, Client Version (Build: ..... )
Thanks!

Well in that case its a client issue, and most likely with the mobile client? I have played at least a million hands on PokerStars on my laptops, and I have never seen or for that matter heard about this problem other than in this post.

The opposite, it only happens in my desktop, never in mobile!

This already happened to me, but not on Spin&go, it happened on a tournament, I closed the window of the tournament and opened again right after and went back to normal, but this was happening frequently! I deleted PokerStars from my computer and installed again and never happened anymore.

I've seen that before. Probably slow device (PC) and/or low end video card (maybe integrated graphics). Try these PS client settings (Settings -> Table Appearance -> Animation) to avoid problems:

It's not my case, I have a pretty good PC, I'm a video editor, it's a necessity to have fast PC and killer video cards.

It has happened to me . once on PS twice on BOL, and acouple of times on intertops.
One of the problems with online play.
