some one logged in to my account

I just tried to log in my ub account (screen name and password are correct) when i hit log in it says "We are unable to log you in with this ID because someone else is using this ID currently".Wtf is this shit anyone ever had this happen before?

I have seen this before and it was an error. Emai support definitely and keep in mind I think you will get that message if you are running another client associated with UB.

Support e-mailed last time i emailed them it took them 10 days to get back to me.

Ok got a e-mail from support saying something about there servers an they had to reset my account.Sounds strange an had me worried but i quess they got it fixed now.

Im not sure why that happens but i had that happen to me a couple of times, next time you should open up a cash table and click a seat so you can log in from there, that's worked for me.

Was it jus a mess up or did some one hack into ur account? Did u loose any money?
I wish most poker sites had 24hour chat support like some sites do. It makes it alot easier to open chat and ask a question instead of waiting 1/10 days...

Doesn't UB have live support? (I know they do for depositing)

I have had to wait 7 hours a few times at Titan live support, usually they respond within 5 mins, but it can be longer.


UB Live chat support is only in the cashier area.

They said it was something to do with there servers.They had to reset my account they said,no money missing.They e-mailed me back fairly quickly i was supprised because last time i emailed them it took over a week i belive to respont back.

on the talk of live support, Paddy Power Poker has it...the longest ive waited for them is like 10 seconds max...there super efficent, and have used them about 20 times...great help :0)

H.**s***! is these things are happening.?? I didnt recevied any kind of this problem. But i think it may due to some erorr/problem do close the ub and do it again. Or hit the support and ask them!

I don't know if I'm right but I think someone knows your password from your account.You should change the password...Is not a big deal

Nothing as dramatic as that. It is just a glitch. I have experienced the same thing recently at UB.

so this is a common glitch at UB?

yea man i got that once in my full tilt account but it turned out to their was just a error but then i was resigning in after being disconnected so a way different story i think you should report it fast

Full tilt support is terrible... expect replies within a year.

I've has this happen on UB. It starts if you log off wrong. Like getting disconnected. Shutting down your computer if still logged in...ect. Only happened a couple of times.

yeah if had this happen a few times.
Im playing, get disconected, shut down UB and open it again and a window pops up saying some one is logged in as me.

Since this happened on Ultimate Bet there is no real surprise someone else may have been logged into your account. I wonder if their name was POTRIPPER.
