So what exactly is SCOOP Event four?

I was wondering about Event 4- Turbo 2x chance.

Does 2x chance mean rebuy/addon?

Or does it mean you get a free rebuy if you bust in the first hour?

Usually it means you get 1 rebuy if you are Eliminated, so a second chance, but not sure if that is the case with this one. So you can't rebuy to double up, only to stay in the game if sent to 0.
