Sites that allow US players but Not WA

The sites that do allow US players but ban the 6 states- are those for sign up only or play as well? I can't remember which client but I thought I read that one of them accepts US players except for 6 states. But my understanding was that it was for new sign ups only- IE if you had an account already you could still play? does that sound feasible/correct?

think that merge -- carbon not accept washing states player.

Ken turkey, Maryland, Utah? Missouri, Washington, and one more state...cannot remember.

besides, carbon not accept real money player from Australia and Philippines [think carbon do not have license there] , think other merge skin accept them:p:p:p
