Hi there, I've been a member on pokerstars for a while now, after building my near enough current bankroll else where.
I'm by no means a big player, but whenever I have a day off with nothing to do I give it a good few hours.
The last 6 months, I have not been able to shift my bankroll, always just hung around the $100 mark.
The amount I have played, i would not call myself a losing player, but obviously aren't winning anything either.
Does anyone have similar experiences like this and does anyone have any other sites that they use where they come across an easier game?
I play micro cash games full ring, so what do you think is the most fish site out there?

I used to play at PKR, and 4NL and 10NL were sooooo fishy, people shove A9o and the like for a full stack lol. Make sure you have rakeback though

Imo all the Online PR's have plenty of fishys; although I don't play thinking about dblng up any more, I just go in with a mind to play solid poker, which means that sometimes I end up just "maintening", other times I will just look for another table. Remeber also that often times solid players are at the micros for the same reason you mention.
Most often fish will tell you when they r on a monster of a starting hand, I love being in front of them with small to medium suited connectors- or gap conntrs, and raining on there parade when they blank the table w/ best starting hand... . .

There's actually quite a difference between the different sites (being from US you probably aren't actually aware of it, seeing as you're not able to play on some of the fishiest ones).

888Poker for sure! partypoker is pretty fishy in micro cash too (but if I had to choose between the two sites, I'd pick 888 for alot of reasons)

I'm not sure about Party. Their awful rake kills in micro limits.
888poker.com - absolutely true. Very fishy room.
For US players (and non-US too) I highly recommend Mintedpoker.com
This room is full of weak US players and has good support and fast withdrawals.
Actually I was kinda wondering about the rake in micros on PartyPoker - - I've only played there for ~1,000 hands or so, micro (2nl), winning sessions every time but my acc't doesn't seem to reflect a balance increase as much as I'd expect. It got me to wondering what the rake was like??

888 for sure though is the softest play of any site I've played on (that goes for micro stakes cash & all MTT play $5-$50bi). If you've only played on sites like Stars & FTP you'll be shocked by how they play on there.

Sounds enticing, whats their MTT schedule and structure like? Also does anyone know if they have a mac compatible software?

Yup, their VIP does suck (clearing bonuses is next to impossible). For micro players though, if they put in enough volume they do qualify for a number of weekly donkrolls. (I think it's like 5pts./day, play for 6days & you qualify for $10k freeroll).

If you've played on there, pretty sure you can just check the Tournament Lobby out. Most of the MTT's over $5 have 3,000chip starting stacks & between 10-15min. levels. And absolutely 100% the players are weaker on there than on other sites. They also have quite a few tournaments running each day for low buyin players ($10-$20 buyins) with fields of 200-500 players. For a low buyin MTT player, 888Poker could be pretty profitable to play on imo (going only from a small bit of experience playing on that site but was enough for me to be making plans on moving a decent chunk of my roll onto that site to start grinding them regularly. 888Poker tourneys recently being tracked now by pokerprolabs has also contributed to my decision).

What opportunity do you have to get Rakeback on various on line sites?
Does this mean you can have rake reimbursed as a bonus type system??

I agree with that. I would add Everest and William Hill to the list. :)

I had an account with William Hill after getting $$$$ from a poker site to play there, and I found that the 2nl tables were really really tight. People didnt raise PF and play postflop unless they had a really good hand. Couldnt get any action unless I was beat, almost. Luckilly I cleared the money and was able to take it off.

I know three: Partypoker, Fulltilt, and BetRaiser. Right now I'm playing on Betraiser since it's rakefree and pretty fishy.

I'm guessing not so much on Fulltilt though.... right?

The Italian and Asian .coms are still by far the softest in the world. Most of the people playing are casual gamblers playing at terminals in cafes in those countries.

You were able to clear the bonus at 2NL? Isnt that the iPoker network and if I remember correctly, William Hill was more difficult to earn points based on rake, especially at the lower limits.

minted has lame software. So far i play HU on Carbon and those guys at the 4NL are quite terrible. EAsy to pick up on reads and adjust. But when you get to 10/25 it actually gets quite competative, beatable but faster paced and more agressive.

Then again im a HU player and I am used to it so I do well xD
