Site bonuses question

I play on Titan.
So I went on two monthish break from playing and my bonus deposit time limit elapsed. So now I am receiving no bonuses for cash game play, rakeback, what have you.
Am I now stuck with just paying rake or is there something I should be signin up for?

Titan have a VIP reward scheme I think...that is your rakeback.

AFAIK most sites now have reward schemes instead of rakeback through affiliates.

I see. so some sourt of token or other.
