Sign-up bonus on Poker platforms

Sign-up bonuses are offered on many platforms. Which would be more convenient, the cash bonus or tickets for a beginner player?

Probably both cause that way you can try out either of them and not just one ...

not all registration bonuses are true, now there is a room that promises a non-deposit bonus, but I have not read anywhere that the players received it.
