I'm doing very well the past 2 days turing $25 into $72, placing 1st in a $6.50 6 player sng and 1st in a heads up $11.50 sng, also doubling up in a couple cash games.. Now with all this confidence I dont want to get too confident and blow my bankroll, but should I start doing some MTT's?.. Or should I stick to the sng's until my bankroll builds? With a $72 bankroll should I settle down and go in the 0.02/0.05 cent cash games that I hate to go in because the players there end up getting there runner runners all the time!!! Or should I stick to 0.25/0.50 cent cash games that I doubled up a couple times in? I need some good advice, im sick of depositing lmao.. Im only 18 years old and Im looking at all kind of advice to help my game out.. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP :D

Now that you have a semi decent bankroll. Built on it and have a read up on bankroll managment. IF you do a search theres lots and lots here about it.

I would highly suggest following tenbob's advice. With a $72 bankroll, you're not really even bankrolled for $5NL games. Now if that's the lowest game offered, then absolutlely start there and be a bit cautious as you build up.

Definitely search out some of the other BRM threads we have here as BRM is designed with a purpose in mind (which, essentially, is to give you a way of playing within the limits you can best afford while still giving yourself enough room to handle variance that will come along.

Oh, and those runner runners at 5NL happen at higher levels as well (which is why you should continue playing in the limits you're bankrolled for). :)

If you are looking for FUN then start playing micro limit MTTs (how else can you turn $2 into $700 in the space of 6 hours? ;) ). I'm not one to build slowly, I love taking shots. Micro limit rings and sngs are the safer route but I say take a chance :)
