On poker.com i came in 7th in a freeroll and got 2.50
Took 1$ to a limit table and got it up to 5.50 ..

then lost some huge pots to the river...

so bankroll is at 1.50

Any ideas of how i should attempt to get it higher?

Maybe a 1$ MTT??

theres one coming up right away - if anyone could help me out it'd e appreciated, if not i think i might just reg for it - pretty much throw up the hail mary :)

Go for it...put it in and see what happens. Play tight, though. Sometimes you just have to say, "What the heck." Besides, you might as well do something with it, you can't withdraw $1.50 from there.

Yep. They aren't paying you interest on that money and you can't withdraw it. So unless you are going to deposit then withdraw, play the game tight and see about building it back up.

How about playing the freerolls at poker.com? I would have to admit that placing in the money and registering for them are quite difficult. If a freeroll is cancelled and you're registered for it. They give you money as a way of saying sorry. That's what happened to me.

I didnt find it toohard to register for the freerolls, especially the "New Player freerolls" that they have for the new players for the first 31 days they sign up - usually they arent even full to the 1000 person Max that they allow into them

The other freerolls on there, the 50$ ones they hold every 2 hours or whatever it is, those ones usually have the full 1500 people in them, but i didnt notice if they fill up fast or not :)

I haven't played any poker.com freerolls, I've done a couple full tilt ones though and I've never seen an 1800 person tournament fill up so fast...within 7 seconds it's full. Slightly ridiculous, in my opinion.

I think you should have played some low buy-in sit n gos instead of a big tournament.
