I recently joined Party Poker because alot of my friends play there, it's only been 4 days now and i'v made 3 deposits and the Rake system seems pretty week for bonuses unless you are playing higher stakes to release bonuses faster, but i'm a grinder and i don't like taking chances just to assume the rake/bonus will up my bankroll, should i think less about the bonus and continue to grind it out for every penny even though i know i'm capable of competing in higher stacks cash games, whats most important to most players the rewards and bonue or sticking to your game and not changing it for v.i.p status and recognition, i'm struggling with this new site, i do good on my previous site but i'm bored there and decided to change it up, what would you recommend my best choices would be based on the experience of those forum members who have faced the same question? Also just to add i had $25 during a mastercard transaction go missing just after 3 days their go, i deposited $50 and the server crashed 4 times, then on the 5th try i completed the transfer but only credited me $25 instead of the $50, i deposited, i have had issues like this happen before and when i approached staff they told me they wern't responsible, now as joining a new site i like to use third party deposit methods,so most times i deposit from my bank account and load up one of my online wallets, but seeing this was a new site for me and i lost alot of money during the absolute poker scandal, over $15000,00 canadian, i'v been super secure and look at most creditbility of sites before i join, i often use mainstream software to upsteam and down stream my personal info so that it can't be put at risk, i made a recent deposit of another $50 and after the server crash trying to connect to mastercard, it failed to deposit the $50 but unpon my 5th try it completed my transfer of $25 canadian, the card was new prepaid and untouched and i only received $25 of the $50 deposited, i tried calling and emailing the provider of the card and under policy and terms they arn't responsible for any lost or issues online on prepaid cards, i'v known this and i usually use reloadable master/visa cards and have lost money during trasnctions in the past, i have no way to prove that i deposited $50 to Party Poker that puts %100 burden on the card holder or the site in which i used the card, i spent 45 minutes talking to staff at party poker and simple told them that i am out $25 and it's not the money that concerns me but the creditabilty that bothers me, if they arn't will to take action on a simple $25 lost how can i trust that if i were to make a $500 deposit or more or less that if this situation were to repeat itself i would be out more money, i'v delt with pokerstars and fultilt in the past and present and had this happen before and they fixed it within 24 hours no questions asked, so is it a question that i'm a new cash player on party poker that demotes my word against a service glitch? i'm so dessipointed in the service i receive so far and have made atleast 5 calls to them about bonus sig-ups promotions and rewards and it seems that only their word matters in resolving issues of deposits. i'v stopped depositing as of last night but i really like the site alot, what would be a resonable way to resolve the issue of my missing $25 and having a reliable secure relationship with Party Poker because i really like the site but am worried about losing money do to issues on their software end user not being perfect and when a mistake is made why they won't credit me my loss ar consider some sort of fix where we both can agree a mistake was made and come to some kind of credit in anyway to make my inscurity feel safe doing business with this Party,
Thank you for input in anyway that would be pro advise in anyway and i'm very happy to join your Site.

i Agree that Party Poker is a very rebuttable site. I like their MTT options and i'm devoted to another site but everyone gets tired of the same old same old, a change in the theme and Skin patterns often help me to enjoy the game more, but when a site doesn't acknowledge that a simple "Error" could happen during transaction it kinda limits me to what and how i want to deposit because a $25 loss one day could be a $2500 the next and it they arn't going to fix this simple "Error" i'm conflicted to make very small deposits tell i receive my lost money. I'm sure we all have had our issues with each site and i hope nobody or if anyone has has the same issue arise in the past could they tell me how to resolve it because it isn't the money but creditabilty of the trustee that your deposit will be honored. I have made 2 more deposits since but limit them to small ammounts till i get full unstanding from the poker merchant that if i make bigger diposits they will be fixed if a mistake were to repeat itself again.
TY for your responses, just trying to keep a even playing feild for all poker player so they can enjoy the game without having something happen and have a resonable solution which can be resolved in a proper and professional manner.
