Hello,
several PS accounts were hacked recently (at least in Czech poker community).
So be careful.

Nothing unusual in in online world. But at those cases, the hacker was able to withdraw funds to his own wallet. Which is very strange, because PS will not let me withdraw funds via new method sooner then 48 hours after I have used it for deposit for first time. At those cases, the hacker deposited 10$ and after 10 minutes he withdraw thousands of $ by that new method.

Luckily it was not me, but at least 3 players from some Czech forums.

Anyway if you keep big bankroll, its time to invest into that RSA token.

I dont believe this story.

They have a strict 48 hour rule, 10 min is impossible.

Why you dont mention the type of e-wallet?

And any links?

it is possible if hacker log in 2 days ago put 10$ on account (player didnt even seen that 10 $ extra) and after 2 days he pay it away. I think he needed access into his email.

I didnt post links, because:
- its other poker forum (competition?)
- its in czech language

From that forum, the complaint and reply:
"My account was hacked yesterday, at 15:38 was made a deposit of 10,00 USD from unknown WebMoney purse. Allready at 16:42 was the cashout of 1.445,00 USD processed. According to the Cashout Policy on your website, there should be a 48-hour delay on cashing out from the last deposit. Did you break your own rules on my account yesterday?????????"

Answer from PS:
"Cashouts are always directed back to the deposit methods that you have previously used to fund your pokerstars account based on rollbacks. Unfortunately theses cashout are reviewed by the system automatically and that's the reason why the cashout was approved."

Thats why Im posting that. That the unbreakable 48 hours rule was broken somehow. There is still communication with PS support and they are investigating, so maybe some better answer will arrive yet.

So last update.

There is no 48 hours rule for e-wallets. Even it seems so when you read conditions, its not true. Maybe sometimes its enforced on your account, but in general you can use new e-wallet and withdraw to that in less then 1 hour.
And according PS support, no rules were broken.

I have already withdraw to my account several times after several hours from my last deposit ( i use e-wallet ), so the rules of the 48 hours is not always used, pokerstars have to be more clear on this points cause it's really strange that someone can hack a pokerstars account , make a deposit of 10$, and withdraw the hole money on the account althought there's a security mail send by pokerstars for using a new device ( i receive this mail always when i use a new PC/tablet to log into pokerstars )
